Training Reports not yet approved

Training reports are processed in a separate workflow to optimize the efficiency of the entire credentialing process.  However, this sometimes leads to confusing situations where you can be approved, but have not had your training report validated.

There can be up to a 2-3 week difference between the processing speeds. While training reports are usually validated earlier in the process, it is not uncommon for your training report to be processed later.  

You should not submit a ticket if there has been less than a 3 weeks differential, as that is a normal result of the credentialing workflow.
