The penultimate stage for many applications is the "Reference Response" verification. We send an email to your identified reference to verify their relation to you. It is highly suggested that you use an verifiable institutional email ((Instead of a "free" email service like gmail/yahoo/qq/163), otherwise your application may be rejected.
In some situations, while your application has progressed to this stage, we are unable to complete the processing because we have not received a response from your reference. If this happens:
- First, confirm that you have entered your reference's email correctly in the application. If there is an error, you will need to correct this information before resubmitting.
- If their email is correct, contact your reference directly to check their inbox for a message from "credentialing@phsyionet.org", with a subject titled, "Reference requested for..."
Please have them check their spam folder as it may have been filtered. - If they still have not yet received the message after a few days, let us know and we can attempt to resend the email.
- If this proceeds to continue, submit a ticket.
